Boozy Bread Making

Just got back from teaching fab bread making class at The Menstone with Jemma. Taught the usual bread making and made pizza and dough balls for everyone.
The first pizza was mozzarella cheese with smashed nettles, mascarpone and nutmeg. Next mortadella (from one of my favourite places Lombardy) artichoke and mushroom followed by wild garlic and mozzarella.
