Supper Club

secret location in menston, Ilkley, train links from Leeds.

A supper club is a great way to meet new people, talk about food and generally have a laugh, eating homemade food in an informal setting. Prices start £15 to £35 per person, ranging from 3 to 8 courses. See website facebook for details.

Cookery School

I am aiming to make cooking classes more accessible and affordable. I am not a trained chef so I don’t have the best knife skills or can knock up a soufflé that’s sky high every time but I don’t have the Chef’s £75-£140 price tag either! My classes start at £10 depending on content, length and ingredients used.

Private Cooking Lessons

The private lessons are totally bespoke at a place of your choice, where better to learn than in your own kitchen. Content can be chosen by me to what ever ability you have, whether you want to learn something simple like poaching an egg or more advanced choux pastry etc. These can be one to one or shared between three people.

Price £25 an hour plus ingredients and petrol if over 5 miles from Menston.

3 hours £60, this works out well if there are three of you doing a 3 hour lesson only pay £20 each!

Cooking Party/Pop up Restaurant

If you are too far from Menston or you would prefer to have your own supper club with guests of your choice let Très Bon Raymond come to your home/place of choice and cook a bespoke menu created especially for you.

The same can be done with cooking classes, a cooking party, prices start at £20 per person depending on what you chose, pizza and indian start at £20 and Thai/French start at £25 for parties over 8 people.
