supper club

I was asked to do an Indian supper club by my new friend Charlie, who also works in catering and loves to cook. I used to work in an Indian restaurant and picked up little tips here from the chefs. I have also begged many recipes from my many Indian work colleagues while working in healthcare. I love curry morning noon and night, I can eat it any time and I often wake up craving something really spicy.

I decided to do some fish dishes along with the usual favourites. This banquet will be a whopping 6 courses for the very reasonable price of £20 per person.

I will demonstrate how to make fresh chutney, onion hajis, masala fish, bengali prawn curry and then you'll get to enjoy the rest of the dishes. A supper club is a very social evening and a chance to meet new people, talk about food and generally have a laugh.
