The french supper club will be a whopping 8 courses! I will demonstrate how to make the chicken liver pate, hake en papillote and crème brûlée. You will then get a recipe sheet to take home to practice with.

£30 per person, £10 deposit required to secure place

Gougeres with Espelelette (v) cheese choux pastry puffs
Tourin d’ail gascon garlic soup (v version available without chicken
stock)
Paté and homemade bread chicken liver or mushroom (v)
Hake en papillotte (sta) with beure blanc or
Tarte Provencale (v)
French “le gin”, apple and tonic sorbet
Confit duck legs or
Blue cheese croquette (v)
Served with gratin dauphinoise and braised red cabbage (v)
A selection of French cheese (v)
Caramel mousse with almond brittle and berries or
Vanilla crème brûlée with shortbread and raspberries.
Coffee and petits fours.
